Rh = A / P  

Rh : the hydraulic radius (m, ft, L)  
A : the cross sectional area of flow (m^2, ft^2, L^2)  
P : the wetted perimeter (m, ft, L)  

For circular pipe

A = ¥ðD^2 / 4 , P = ¥ðD, Rh = D / 4
D : diameter of circular pipe (cm, m, in, ft, L)
