Relation between the natural circular frequency and the natural frequency in a spring motion

When an object of its mass "m" is in a spring motion with the spring constant being "k", the natural circular frequency Wn is:

Wn = (k/m)^(1/2) (unit: rad/sec in MKS System)

Then, the natural frequency Fn which means the frequency during a unit time is expressed as:

Fn = Wn/2¥ð  (Unit: Hertz)
