The bending moments (M), shear forces (Q), and deflections (w) for a cantilever beam subjected to a uniformly distributed load are given in the table below.

M(x) = -q(L^2 - 2Lx + x^2) / 2
Q(x) = q(L-x)
w(x) = qx^2(6L^2 - 4Lx +x^2) / (24EI)

w(x) : deflection at x (m)
q : unit load (kN/m)
L : length of beam (m)
E : elastic modulus (kPa)
I : second moment of area (m^4)

Using MPa as unit of E, calculated deflection unit is mm
