Force required to fully submerge an object into liquid

As shown in figure below, force required to fully submerge an object into liquid can be calculated considering the object weight and buoyancy.

For an object with its mass and volume being m and V, force required for full submergence is:

F = buoyancy - object weight
  = ¥ñ*g*V - m*g
 where ¥ñ is the density of liquid.
