Travel distance : L (km),
Travel velocity : V1, V2 (km/hr)

Travel time T1, T2 :
T1 = L / V1
T2 = L / V2

If V1 > V2, then T1 < T2 and time interval dT = T2-T1.

dT = T2 - T1 = L*(1/V2 - 1/V1) = L*(V1-V2)/(V1*V2)

L = dT*(V1*V2) / (V1-V2)   (dT in hours), or
L = (dT/60)*(V1*V2)/(V1-V2)   (dT in minutes)
