RPM of two rotation axes with different radius (diameter)

For two rotation axes with radius of R1, R2 and rpm of RPM1, RPM2 respectively,
the following relationship applies.

Travel distance by rotation per minute is
equal, thus,

2¥ðR1*RPM1 = 2¥ðR2*RPM2

Then,

RPM2 = R1*RPM1/R2

Using the diameter D1 and D2,

¥ðD1*RPM1 = ¥ðD2*RPM2

RPM2 = D1*RPM1/D2

Note that, both for radius and for diameter, the equatuion is in the same form.
