When mixing two liquids of different temperature, temperature of the mixture is calculated as below:

Liquid1 : specific heat C1, mass M1, temperature T1
Liquid2: specific heat C2, mass M2, temperature T2
(Assuming T2 > T1)

Assuming no heat exchange with the exterior and letting the pemperature of mixture as T,

C1*M1*(T-T1) = C2*M2*(T2-T)

Arranging,

(C1*M1+C2*M2)T = C2*M2*T2+C1*M1*T1

T = (C1*M1*T1+C2*M2*T2)/(C1*M1+C2*M2)

Equation can also be derived by using the total heat capacity.

Heat capacity of liquid1 : C1*M1*T1
Heat capacity of liquid2 : C2*M2*T2

T = (C1*M1*T1+C2*M2*T2)/(C1*M1+C2*M2)
