Friction loss of a circular tube

The loss h due to friction in a circular tube is as follows.

h = f(L/D)(v^2/2g)

where,
h: head loss (m)
f: friction coefficient of tube
L: length of tube (m)
D: diameter of tube (m)
v: mean flow velocity (m/s)
g: gravitational acceleration (m/s^2)

*** Âü°í¹®Çå[References] ***

h = f*(L/D)*(v^2/(2*g))
