¢¹ Speed of the car : v (km/hr) = v/3.6 (m/s)
¢¹ Mass of the car : m (kg)
¢¹ Distance travelled until the car is completely stopped : d (m)

¢º Acceleration generated by the applied force F (N) : a = F/m
¢º Time taken until complete stop : t = (v/3.6)/a = v/(3.6*a) = v*m/(3.6*F)
¢º Average speed until complete stop : v_avr = v/(3.6*2) = v/7.2

d = v_avr*t = (v/7.2)*t = (v/7.2)*v*m/(3.6*F) = v^2*m/(3.6^2*2*F)

F = (v/3.6)^2*m/(2*d)
