The force acting between two electric charges having charge amounts q1 and q2 and distance r (Law of the Coulomb)

FE = k*q1*q2/r^2

k : constant = 9*10^9 N-m^2/C^2
q1, q2 : charge amount (C)
r : distance between two charges (m)

The above equation is expressed as the following when the charge amount is in μC and the distance is in cm.

FE = 90*q1*q2/r^2
