Determination of  the Pearson correlation coefficient)

Calculation for a maximum of 10 data can be done.

¡á Data input (xi, yi : data, n : number of data)
¡Ø If the number of data is less than 10, enter all remaining values as 0.

¢º average of x, xa = (¢² xi)/n

¢º average of y, ya = (¢² yi)/n

¢º Sxy = ¢²(xi-xa)*(yi-ya)

¡Ø The length of a formula is long and thus divided for calculation.  Since xa * ya is added by times of the number of data of 0, so subtract that amount.

¢º Sx2 = ¢²(xi-xa)^2

¡Ø Since xa^2 is added by times of the number of data of 0, so subtract that amount.
¢º Sy2 = ¢²(yi-ya)^2

¡Ø Since ya^2 is added by times of the number of data of 0, so subtract that amount.
