The equation of a circle is expressed as:

(x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = r^2

Here, the coordinate of the center of the circle is (a, b) and the length of the radius of the circle is r.

Since the coordinate of the center is given, the length r of the radius can be found using the Pythagorean theorem.

r = ((x1-a)^2 + (y1-b)^2)^(1/2)
