Solution with specific weight ¥ã, molar mass Mm (g/mol) of solute and concentration P(%) can be conversed molarity M as follows.

If the mass of the solution is ML (g), the mass Ma (g) of the solute is,

Ma = P*ML/100

Therefore, the number of moles of solute becomes,

mol = Ma/MW = P*ML/(100*MW)

The volume V of the solution is expressed in liter,

V = ML/(1000*¥ã)

Since the molarity M is mol/liter, it can be obtained by the following formula.

M = (P*ML/(100*MW)) / (ML/(1000*¥ã)) = 10*P*¥ã / MW
