PMP = XmN + K*SN

XmN : mean of the Annual Maximum Daily Precipitation (AMDP) series
K : frequency factor for estimating PMP
SN : standard deviation of the AMDP series

K = (Xm - XmN1)/SN1

Xm : the maximum value in AMDP series
XmN1, SN1 : the mean and standard deviation of the AMDP series, respectively for (N-1) years after removing the year with the maximum value
