Find the pH of a solution of potassium hydroxide (KOH) with a molarity of M (M).

KOH ¡æ K+ + OH-

Since the molarity of KOH is equal to the molarity of OH,

pOH = -log(M)

pH = 14-pOH = 14 + log(M)
