A tributary with flow rate Q2 (m^3/s) and pollutant concentration C2 (mg/L) flows into a river with flow rate Q1 (m^3/s) and pollutant concentration C1 (mg/L). The concentration Cm (mg/L) of pollutants in the river after tributary confluence can be obtained as follows.

Cm = (C1*Q1 + C2*Q2)/(Q1 + Q2)

Cm = (C1*Q1 + C2*Q2)/(Q1 + Q2)
