L : Distance between objects moving in opposite directions (km)
V1: velocity of the object1 (km/hr)
V2: velocity of the object2 (km/hr)
V3: velocity of the object3 traveling between two objects (km/hr)

The distance traveled by two objects in time t are, repectively,

V1*t = L1, V2*t = L2

The time when two objects 1 and 2 meet is

(V1+V2)t = (L1+L2) = L

t = L/(V1+V2).

Since moving time of object3 is t, distance is

Lt = t*V3 = L/(V1+V2)*V3
